System Overview

    • Moving at The Speed of Bright.

This rapid sterilizer has faster cycle times compared to other compact sterilizers in its class and can achieve complete sterilization in as little as 23 minutes, including drying time for maximum efficiency.

      • If It’s Not Dry, It Might Not Be Sterile.

Lexa Mini’s closed-door drying technology delivers bone dry loads, ready for immediate use at the end of every cycle, minimizing the risk of cross contamination.

          • The Virtues of Versatility.

The Lexa Mini is a highly versatile rapid sterilizer available in two sizes: a 5 liter model for up to four exam cassettes and a 3 liter model for up to two cassettes. It supports various sterilization cycles, including options for wrapped, unwrapped, and low-temperature loads, and features a vacuum pump for setups without an air line, as well as an air ejector for those with an existing air line.

          • Chamber sizes

            High load versatility

Lexa Mini is available with a chamber size of either 3 liters or 5 liters.

With the 3 liter chamber, sterilize up to approximately 2.2 lbs. or up to 15 handpieces.

For the 5 liter chamber, sterilize up to approximately 3.3 lbs. or up to 22 handpieces.

          • Trays and cassettes

            Tray and cassette versatility

Both the 3 and 5 liter sterilizers come with 2 trays and an optional 3-tray accessory is available for even more loading flexibility. Lexa Mini also offers space for the following cassette configurations:

            3 liter cassette configuration:
            Two 5-instrument cassettes

            5 liter cassette configuration:
Choose from either four 5-instrument cassettes
            or two 10-instrument cassettes

            • MORE CONVENIENT

Auto Drain. Auto Fill. Auto Awesome.

Auto drain and auto fill are standard features of Lexa Mini. Auto fill adds convenience by ensuring fresh water delivery for every cycle, every time. Auto drain saves time for your staff, making the manual process of emptying dirty water bottles a thing of the past, streamlining your sterilization process efficiently.

              • Every Cycle

                Keeping It Fresh …

Like all W&H Lexa sterilizers, Lexa Mini offers the same innovative technology utilizing a separate clean water tank to ensure fresh water is used for every cycle and one to collect the dirty water during the cycle.

              • Closed-door drying

                We Have a Closed-Door Policy

Closed-door drying has been shown globally to be an extremely effective method of drying instruments to ensure bone dry, sterile loads. If your load is not dry, it might not be sterile.

              • Traceability

                Sterilize Wisely

Lexa Mini offers EliTrace providing enhanced traceability with an advanced documentation system that offers full traceability down to a single instrument.

Cycle documentation is automatically saved to a USB stick. This results in a higher level of safety for both your practice and your patients making Lexa Mini the wise choice for sterilization.

                Master the Flow

                • Streamlining sterilization enhances efficiency and patient experience
