Hands-on for more product knowledge

The Innovation Days are W&H's very successful format for interactive knowledge transfer. From April 17th to 19th, the event series took place for the second time in Southeast Asia. During the three-day event, the participants were able to experience W&H products at first hand and discuss new features with the W&H product managers.

Hands-on for more product knowledge

3 days, 66 participants and numerous workshops. This year's W&H Innovation Days in Southeast Asia could finally take place again after a four-year break. The participants had the chance to try out the products themselves and thus gain an even deeper understanding of the application. The workshops were characterised by a high level of interaction, exciting content and professional speakers.

The "Dental City" in Malaysia served as the event location – well-equipped with simulation labs and lecture rooms. "We are happy about the numerous participants and the positive feedback on our workshops. The sessions were very practice-oriented; for example, we taught the complete reprocessing workflow and how it should be carried out in daily practice," says Zachery Wee, W&H Area Manager Southeast Asia.

Innovation on the road

In addition to the Innovation Days in Malaysia, smaller events took place as part of a road show in the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. As with the main event, the aim was to impart knowledge in a tangible way and to exchange information about W&H products.
