WHO WE ARE

W&H (UK) Ltd was established in 1991, with responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and After-Sales Support for W&H products throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The company is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire just north of London well situated near the M25 and M1 motorways.

W&H (UK) Ltd is recognized for the quality of its advice and after-sales support.

Factory-trained regional Territory Managers and a Medical Products Manager educate and advise suppliers and members of the dental team about the W&H range.

People have priority at W&H, and the company runs in-house training courses in their modern, fully equipped Experience Room in St Albans. W&H also offer factory visits for engineers and suppliers, so they can keep up to date with the latest products.

W&H (UK) has a team of field service engineers for installation, service and validation of their range of decontamination products. In addition, there is an in-house team of service technicians who specialise in all other W&H products.

W&H UK is BSI registered and accredited to the standard ISO 9001:2008.

The company is also a long standing member of the British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) [formerly the British Dental Trade Association (BDTA)] and the British Dental Health Foundation (BDHF).

It is also a W&H Technical Premium Service Partner for all products within the W&H range.
